带着感冒参观世博是非常辛苦的事，但旅行团一早订了，只好硬着头皮上。遇上这种情况，我平时只能中西药一起加上睡觉去解决，但这次辛好找到 Seven+ Juice，在这五天行程中，我们每天早出晚归，13小时以上拼命走、排队、参观，浦东和浦西 的展区都走遍了，大大小小50多个馆。大部分时间靠面包充饥，虽然整个人都快累倒了，回到酒店，马上喝30毫升果汁，就精神不少，晚上还可以入睡。第二天出发前再喝30毫升,支持我需要强大体力和控制病情。
