Last night I attended a seminar about protection of our heart and prevention of stroke and heart attack.
The doctor emphasized the hazard on re-using cooking oil. This is your usual practice in cooking esp. after frying peanut. Please change this habit immediately. Re-used oil contains high trans fatty acid and also containing acrylamide ( read today's news in the link), which can heavily pollute our blood and cells, disturb the immunity system and thus changing our DNA and causing cancer.
Essentially, if we don't have to eat heavily oil-fried food or any food under high temperature, just don't eat. Steam, boiling, quickly fry with less oil are strongly recommended. Barbecue, OILY frying like the peanut you like very mush, roasting under high temperature are all not very good.
I am studying transfer Factor theory. It is not new but already known in western countries for last ten years. It works as a guard to the immune system with three major factions:
recognise --- response--- remember ---balance.-- anti-oxidisation
Today I took only once of the capsule and found I am not feeling cold (the coldest day only 8 degree), no sneeze and my nasal system is much comfortable, I can breath without any blocking. I haven't had such feeling for a long time.I think it should be a very good alternative to my immune system. If my allergy is under controlled, it should be good for father and many people. And BB's skin problem is also an immune problem - lost the balance because of a lack of sleep and serious lack of physical exercises.

脂肪肝」是如何形成
所謂「脂肪肝」並非如一般人的想像中認為，肝臟外面被一層脂肪組織所包覆，而是指在肝細胞組織切片中，發現其中肝細胞質被大小不等的脂肪顆粒所佔據，而脂肪顆粒所佔據的面積，就決定著脂肪肝的嚴重性。以病理學的觀點來說，假若脂肪顆粒所佔據的面積，達到所有肝細胞面積的三分之一以上者，便可診斷為「脂肪肝」。
「脂肪肝」可分為酒精性及非酒精性兩種。
「酒精性脂肪肝」是由於攝取過量酒精所引致，而「非酒精性脂肪肝」則與「代謝綜合症」有關。「代謝綜合症」包括中央肥胖、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇過低、三酸甘油脂過高、高血壓和高血糖五項因素；若患有以上任何三項，便會被診斷為「代謝綜合症」患者。中文大學早前進行了一項研究，發現「代謝綜合症」與「脂肪肝」兩種疾病會互相增加彼此患病的風險及嚴重性。
形成「脂肪肝」需要經過脂肪化及脂肪性肝炎兩個階段，前者是指脂肪酸在肝細胞內積聚；後者則指由脂肪化所引起的肝臟發炎。「脂肪肝」患者一般沒有明顯病徵，只有少數患者會有消化不良、全身乏力或疲倦等症狀，八成的「脂肪肝」患者，不但沒有特異的症狀，肝功能檢查也都在正常範圍之內。而大部分被告知罹患上「脂肪肝」的病患者，多是經由腹部超音波掃描而得到確診，少部分則在施行剖腹手術時，才意外地被外科醫師發現。
「脂肪肝」是一個沉默的肝病。近期研究還顯示，「脂肪肝」能演變成肝纖維化、肝硬化及肝癌 。
「脂肪肝」病患者在日常生活中首先要做到節制飲食，控制體重，注意熱量分配，避免過飽，最好少量多餐，如每日吃四至五餐。而人體需要的三大營養素的百分比，應以蛋白質佔 13% - 15%，脂肪佔 20%以下，碳水化合物佔 65% - 70%為宜。如有血脂異常，則脂肪和碳水化合物均應相對減少。因此，「脂肪肝」患者不需要過度憂慮，只要對症治療，「脂肪肝」也有痊癒的一天。若懷疑自己是否罹患「脂肪肝」，則不妨要求肝膽專科醫師安排一次快速便利而準確的腹部超音波掃描檢查，便立刻可以確定知曉。
經常大魚大肉，導致血糖、血壓及血脂等飆升，原來可引發肝病。
有肝臟科醫生指，市民普遍比較注意血壓過高、血糖及膽固醇超標等健康問題，對於「非酒精性脂肪肝」卻缺乏認識，不少人誤會此病是由肝炎或吸煙致病，未有從糾正生活及飲食習慣預防，嚴重「脂肪肝」可惡化至肝硬化或肝癌，切勿掉以輕心。
患上此病的高風險因素包括：中央肥胖(男性腰圍超過35吋，女性超過31吋)、 血壓、血糖、三酸甘油脂過高、高密度膽固醇過低等，日本及東南亞地區的患病人數近10年增加近兩倍，而港人的飲食習慣漸趨西化及缺乏運動，均會增加患「非酒精性脂肪肝」的風險，患者且有年輕化迹象。
當血中游離脂肪酸過多，或肝內脂肪酸合成增加，氧化減少等因素皆會引起肝內脂肪酸堆積，肝內脂肪酸會轉化成三酸甘油酯和蛋白質結合而成為非常低密度脂蛋白，將肝內脂肪帶出；若蛋白質缺乏而導致肝內脂肪堆積，就會形成「脂肪肝」。
何種人易有「脂肪肝」：
1. 長期高膽固醇飲食、肥胖、糖尿病控制不良；
2. 高血脂或長期蛋白質缺乏；
3. 酗酒。

男士最需要的八大營養
鋅：性福之源。鋅是雄性激素合成的必需品，同時也負擔著保護前列腺的重任。如果男性味覺能力下降，鼻子周圍變得油膩、發紅、愛脫皮，很可能在提示缺鋅了。含鋅豐富的食物首推貝殼類，如牡蠣、蛤、蠔、蚌等，而瘦肉、堅果中含量也不少。
番茄紅素：男性專屬營養素。番茄紅素是類胡蘿蔔素的一種，其抗氧化能力是胡蘿蔔素的3.2倍、維生素E的100倍。研究顯示，它對於保護前列腺、提高精子品質有卓越功效。近年的研究證實，番茄紅素不僅分佈在番茄中，還存在於西瓜、柿子、桃、木瓜、芒果、葡萄、柑橘、茶葉及蘿蔔、胡蘿蔔等的根部。
鉻：力量源泉。鉻是人體必需的微量元素，能促使葡萄糖轉化為脂肪。缺乏鉻，男性的肌肉會變得無力。人體每天對鉻的需求量為50微克，啤酒酵母、乾酪、蛋、肝、蘋果皮、香蕉、牛肉、麵粉、雞以及薯仔等食物是主要來源。

微量元素与人体健康

昨晚，广东省微量元素科学研究会理事长，广州市微量元素科学研究所所长李增禧-著名元素医学教授给我们介绍他们长期以来研究的成果。他的论文是基于大量事实和临床经验，结论令人深思，对我们的生活有一定的指导作用。以下是我所领悟的重点：
1.微量元素与疾病：
人体是大自然的一部份。由`90种元素组成。缺一不可，太多太少都会导致不平衡，疾病很可能由之而来。
通过微量元素的研究找出了病因，是这几年的医学突破：
缺Se（硒）：克山病、大骨节病，肝癌 （李教授发现Se对抗癌病和白念珠菌有功效）
K钾，Na钠：血压，心血管健康，神经系统的调节。（Potassium is a very important mineral for the proper function of all cells, tissues, and organs in the human body. It is also an electrolyte, a substance that conducts electricity in the body, along with sodium, chloride, calcium, and magnesium. Potassium is crucial to heart function and plays a key role in skeletal and smooth muscle contraction, making it important for normal digestive and muscular function, too. Many foods contain potassium, including all meats, some types of fish (such as salmon, cod, and flounder), and many fruits, vegetables, and legumes. Ca 钙：除了是骨骼，牙齿的主要元素外，肌肉收缩，心脏规则跳动也是钙的功能之一，不足会造成心脏肌肉的活动障碍。不足时，储藏在骨骼中的Ca会流出，附在血管壁上，妨碍血液流通，引发高血压和动脉硬化。Ca也扮演缓和兴奋与紧张的情绪，并使其放松的角色。缺乏是，会招致压力或因压力过食所带来的肥胖。
中国学龄前儿童2/3缺锌。由于微量元素的不平衡，代谢失调，自由基与过氧化物不能及时清除，使细胞、组织及机体衰老，可导致免疫功能下降，从而诱发各种疾病。人的生长发育最快的时期是胚胎期、婴幼儿时期以及青春期，这时微量元素锌的需要量最大。
食管癌、鼻咽癌、肝癌高发区具有明显地理分布的特点，也与当地的土壤、水中缺少某种微量元素有关。
严重威胁人类生命的三大病种--心脏病、脑血管意外、癌症也与微量元素有关。
四大地方病--甲状腺肿大（缺碘或过剩）、克山病、大骨节病、氟骨病，均与微量元素的短缺或过量有关。
2 微量元素的功能：
人体有200兆细胞，每个细胞含有1200粒腺体，它们是人体的发电机。“人体的能量转化是需要催化剂-酶来完成的，酶是生命现象的基础，而酶的活性中心正是微量元素锌在起作用。”（http://www.99114.cn/Corp/CorpFree.html?id=49781），人体有300多种酶，都需要微量元素去发挥作用。

李增禧教授认为，人生的20%是父母给的，要健康快乐，自己的生活方式和情绪控制占60%。
他说，最好的医生是自己；
最好的医药是食物；
他建议：粗茶淡饭，每餐七成胞，多样化水果疏菜是饮食健康的关键。

7 + effect on my body and mind (up to 3 months in use of 7+)

Thinking back, I couldn’t imagine the following extraordinary experiences in my life could happen during the last three months without the help of 7+:
1. Five days’ trip to Shanghai and the World Expo.
2. Completion of two intensive courses in NLP and attained a Master Hypnosis certification, master Result Coach, master practitioner of Neuro-linguistic programming, performance consultant, respectively.
3. Managing three web-blogs with updated writings.
4. Keeping fit by swimming, jogging and yoga and hiking.
7 + gives me a sense of happiness and relaxation besides killing pains, pumping fuel to my body.
People in the class of the above courses surprised to know that I have a 17 years old son. I know 7+ has done a good job without doubt.

Eating habits have been changed over the past century. Traditional home made food with a whole food diet has gradually been replaced by processed food or convenience food with high sugar, salt and oil. They contain little natural nutrients but pollutants lie in the artificial additives.

I wanted to share my gratitude to 7+ super supplement food again you with.
I just finished an intensive course about NLP (part one). During this course, as my health is in very bad shape recently due to the recurrence of serious flu, I had worried so much if I could completed the course or if I should postpone it.
I put myself on a serious test again (last time was when I was engaged in the WORLD EXPO ) by taking 7+ to go with the intensive 9 am to 9pm class for 5 days, in the hope that it could help me to cross the physical trouble water.
I did make it! I couldn't learn so much in the wonderful course without 7+ along with me. Every time when I was in excoriate headache or badly allergically cough or sneeze. I drank it bit by bit. I felt much better and I could focus on the lecture/discussion or drills again.
When the course came to the last day, my conditions were significantly changed to better. I feel my bones are getting younger

My body conditions in the last yoga class gave me another surprise.
I would not easily manage some poses like leg twisting, kneeling down or balancing with single leg because my joints and kneels feel pain or sound with Cracks if I bent them seriously.
However that day I followed instructions spontaneously without feeling any pain; my poses were flowing surprisingly smoothly. Then I realised I had forgotten the uncomfortable experience. This is a sign that my bones are getting stronger and joint infections are vanishing gradually.
7+ gives me much energy and a sense of youthfulness.
Plus, I don' need to eat snacks or cakes between meals or before sleep as I used to, probably because 7+ helps me to burn my inner fat. And this is a great experience for obesity problem and diabetes as those people usually like to keep eating because they feel hungry all the time and don't know their limited taking up.
This super food will activate our immunity system to fight abnormal cells and inflamation to some extent and burn body inner energy by consuming stored food in our body.

A letter from my colleagues

DEAR DONNA
1.你好！我爸爸同樣的問題發生在馬來西亞，當時中了風的他，腦內發現一個腫瘤，2位大醫生叫他做開腦手術，但最後我爸都拒絕了做手術，同樣醫院的大醫生和護士說不能帶任何東西（營養產品）給他食．初時我們都照做的，但到最後，我爸都差些失救，好彩當時我的出現，營養產品救回他一命．

1.你好！我爸爸同樣的問題發生在馬來西亞，當時中了風的他，腦內發現一個腫瘤，2位大醫生叫他做開腦手術，但最後我爸都拒絕了做手術，同樣醫院的大醫生和護士說不能帶任何東西（營養產品）給他食．初時我們都照做的，但到最後，我爸都差些失救，好彩當時我的出現，營養產品救回他一命．

饮用7+ 高抗氧化功能辅助液近一个月，大约每日30-50毫升 x 2，空腹或饭前后两小时饮用，发现更多正面的反应。
1. 晚上睡觉鼻子通了很多，不需要用敏感药。早晚喷嚏已渐消失。
2. 近两次感冒扁桃腺发炎都是用了7+ 抑制下去，令我世博三天（每天10多小时）的带着感冒仍去接受强体力考验得以成功。
3. 最高兴当然是慢性尿道炎得已控制，小便次数减少，可以去旅行，晚间不用频频小便，由原来4-5次减到1-2次。

Some new findings in my health
6-7-10
It has been one month since I came across with the ‘7+’ anti-oxidant functional food. A series of positive ‘symptoms’ has been emerged in my body gradually:
1. Nose allergy: disappeared in the morning and night
2. Flu this month and last month: cured
3. Long term throat sore: Under control
4. Long term Urine track infections: vanished. Number of urination reduced to ½ day time and 1-2 at night from 4-5 times
5. Sleep quality: better
6. Physical strength: better and more resilient
7. Headache: much better especially in the morning
8. Ear ringing: reduced to very low pitch from ear-piercing sound
9. I have more confidence in myself and more positive towards future.
New findings:
Just now I found for a number of days I haven’t used hand cream that couldn’t live without. I also don’t need facial cream but only toner because my skin becomes much more self moisturized but less oily than before. Judy, Marketing manager of EXFUZE HK has the similar responses. Surprising!

My progress review - the efficacy of 7+ in my health reflection:

I have taken it for about 3 weeks with 30ml (50 ml sometimes) x2 per day. The most evident change is number of urination per day and night reduced significantly – from 4-5 times per night to 1-2. And day times of urination reduced to ½.
The pain during urine and waist pain have disappeared.
My Tinnitus – internal ear noise (耳鸣) and the consequent headache has been reduced considerably. I am so relieved that the sound has been lowered to high pitch to very weak.
The visit of Expo is a severe test to my physical strength. I never realized I could be such a resilient and tough person physically. The 7+ has done brilliant job to my flu during the five days-trip. My joint/muscle problems recovered rapidly in the trip despite my heavy physical exercise (standing, queuing, walking continually for several days and more than 10 hours per day in Shanghai) and a lack of rest. I could manage to visit many pavilions and exhibitions and stay 13 hours per day in the Expo areas. 7+ is kind of energizer to me in the critical, tough time.
I never have tried such a single functional food that could bring about me such a rapid curing effect to my long-lasting problems. 世博与7+
带着感冒参观世博是非常辛苦的事，但旅行团一早订了，只好硬着头皮上。遇上这种情况，我平时只能中西药一起加上睡觉去解决，但这次辛好找到 7+ 高抗氧化功能辅助液的初期体验和分享 Juice，在这五天行程中，我们每天早出晚归，13小时以上拼命走、排队、参观，浦东和浦西 的展区都走遍了，大大小小50多个馆。大部分时间靠面包充饥，虽然整个人都快累倒了，回到酒店，马上喝30毫升果汁，就精神不少，晚上还可以入睡。第二天出发前再喝30毫升,支持我需要的强大体力和控制病情的低抗力。

The Shanghai World Expo 2010 v.s. Seven + juice

My case study – Superjuice does wonders with our headaches

Welcome to my Blog, I would like to share a wonderful experience with you.
Having worked online in the commodity business for more than four years, day and night, around the clock, my health has been significantly deteriorating. My name is Donna, Donna Wong. My family and friends also call me 冬冬 (Winter).
Welcome to my Blog, I would like to share a wonderful experience with you.
Having worked online in the commodity business for more than four years, day and night, around the clock, my health has been significantly deteriorating. Headaches, nose allergies, urethra inflammation and so on. And a new nuisance came into my head without warning - Tinnitus in my left ear –mainly because of a serious deficiency in sleep.
